Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Syracuse, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 AMβ8 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Thai Love NY at (315) 928-5659; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is thailoveny.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Customers rate it 4.6 out of 5 on Google across 719 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded thai restaurants in Syracuse.
Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Syracuse is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We come here quite often for pick up Thai food, but we decided to eat in this time. Service was excellent as was the food. We eat here frequently and have never had an order of food that was not 5 star. We had the drunken noodles and the prig pow with jasmine rice. We were the first ones in the restaurant, and service was excellent and the food came out quickly. Highly recommend this for the best Thai food in the area.

Best Thai foods we've had for a while, especially their Kaw Soi which is a rare menu item for a lot of other Thai restaurants. Everything we ordered were cooked perfectly with fast and friendly service! Too bad we're a tat too late to order their dessert as kitchen's closed at 7:45 pm... A good excuse to go back and definitely order desserts ahead next time.

We live in WNY and this is better than any Thai we've had in Buffalo (or Rochester, when we've visited). It was so delicious, fresh, and an excellent value. The service was also great and the atmosphere was nicer than most, with some booth seating and lots of pretty plants. I wish I had this restaurant in closeby but I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in Syracuse. We were there for the weekend and ended up dining there both days, it was so good!

I chose Thai Love NY because of its convenient location near the SYR airport, but unfortunately my visit fell short in multiple ways. I specifically told the server I did not want broccoli in my tom yum noodles, yet the dish was served with broccoli anyway. When I pointed this out, the server took the bowl back but didnβt offer an apology, nor did she check back afterward to ensure the corrected dish was satisfactory. In addition, the restaurant was not even busy and I was the only diner at that time. On top of that, the server who took my order did not even know how to open the wine bottle and had to seek help from her co-worker. The replacement bowl was noticeably lacking in ingredients compared to the first one, almost as if it was hastily thrown together. To add to the overall lack of hospitality, there was no βthank youβ or acknowledgment when the bill was presented. Given the combination of poor service and inconsistency in the food, I donβt think Iβll be returning. Convenience alone isnβt enough to make up for the experience.

The place was easy to locate by the main road. Lots of parking. Inside was orderly and clean and the employees were friendly and professional. The food was delicious with generous portions. Thereβs variety of yummy things on the menu.
